CUSTOMER SETUP
Start with the right connections.
Install once. Link your account. Start Capture, then Start Worker.
1. Check your hardware
- Windows 10/11 x64 PC.
- Supported capture device; Elgato HD60 X is the currently verified setup.
- Titan Two with its PROG cable connected to your PC.
- Internet access for sign-in and membership verification.
Device firmware, vendor drivers where required, console, game, and cables are separate from the software installation.
2. Run the installer
Download the customer edition from your account. Follow Next → Install → Finish. Python and app dependencies are bundled. No separate Gtuner installation is needed.
3. Connect your controller path
Close other applications using the same capture device or Titan. The customer app detects supported hardware and checks its receiver. Read its messages before enabling output.
4. Link your PC
Choose Sign in in the customer app. Sign into this website, enter the code, and approve your own computer. Your account can activate one PC, shared across 2K and AE. If your public IP changes, sign in again from the app and approve its new code. Unlink the old PC before changing computers.
5. Start your session
Start Capture and confirm live video. Start Worker to open Shooting controls. Choose your supported meter, set Timing and Tempo, then enable output when you are ready.
A fresh launch starts with output off. Measured capture and worker rates depend on the PC and capture mode.
